If it's not bad enough that Bush has caved and will be signing the
housing bill, this leftist loon La Raza member Aguirre wants to make
San Diego a "Foreclosure Sanctuary City" and is suing B of A and
Countrywide in the hopes of preventing further foreclosures on dead
beat San Diegans. Well for one, let's hope that it gets stalled in
the court system long enough to essentially make it ineffective. But
secondly, and perhaps more importantly, under what possible pretense
could any sane court would side with the city? Unreal. Say it with
me now.... "Tort" "Reform" Such and out of fashion yet immensely
important issue.
