If you ask a gardener at a local garden and plant shop they might
have some suggestions as to how to get rid of the roaches which you
definitely don't want without using poisons that will harm your son's
lungs. If they don't have any ideas I think you can try boric acid
because the nasty pests will eat just about anything and that should
kill them. We pretty much have a live and let live attitude towards
spiders here except for black widows;my boys kill those on sight since
they could do more harm than good.
